It has been almost eight months since my last blog entry. I'll spare you the details but between a very busy non-computer related life, (yes it is possible), and following a new passion, (beer and the brewing there-of) I've had less time to sit and write my entries.
Add to that the complete and utter disgust, disdain and verging on blood vessel bursting anger at the governmental system from the town in which I live all the way to Washington and even to the "World Body" of the UN. I have just not felt like dwelling on the items I've seen and the thoughts screaming in my head. (One can only listen to a finite number of voices in their head after all.)
Well, that's about to change. First off, because I'm checking out the new GraffitiCMS (Content Made Simple) program that is getting ready for public release in the near future. Since I'm checking it out, that means I need to post, edit, basically kick the tires. So far, even in a first beta form, this is a pretty slick program. It is made more for people that just want to put info up and not have to learn how to program. It's a slim version but it is very flexible and it can be dressed up nicely. So far quite an impressive tool.
Secondly, I figured since I'm kicking things, I might as well kick and scream about the mess that is known as our government. There will also be other posts of interest to me, and maybe someone else?? Posts of zymurgy related items, as well as other off-politics topics. I hope you find these at least entertaining, if not informative. After all the ultimate goal of this site is to provide information so that you might learn something (and I might remain sane), after all if you're not careful we might see you're under-aware. :)
